Katy Perry and Orlando Bloom are expecting their first child—and they delivered their pregnancy announcement with a bang.
In a music video for her new song, “Never Worn White,” the singer revealed her burgeoning baby bump in a stunning white gown. At the end of the video, in a sheer top, she showed off her pregnant profile.
She later confirmed the news on social media. Per People, during an Instagram live, she admitted its the longest secret she’s ever had to keep. “We’re excited and happy,” she said of her and Bloom. Perry also revealed a very specific pregnancy craving: Tabasco sauce.
On Twitter, Perry made a series of hilarious tweets about her announcement. “Omg so glad I don’t have to suck it in anymore,” she wrote. “Or carry around a big purse.” (In a recent sighting in Los Angeles, Perry was, indeed, holding a pink bag in front of her stomach.)
It’s said that Perry is due sometime this summer. Her and Bloom got engaged on February 14, 2019.
