Now, in her latest Instagram snap, Berry is all about the arms. Berry wraps her arms around her torso and adds a simple message in the caption: “Self-love is never selfish.” She looks calm and serene in white pants, but her arm muscles are firing and all kinds of sculpted.

But Berry’s go-to is a 20-minute workout, which includes intense full-body strength training moves. She also dabbles in yoga and gets her cardio on with a real jump rope burner dreamed up by her trainer.
