Rihanna Wore a Teeny Top and Patchwork Fur Coat

She’s really reinventing maternity style.

Last night, Rihanna headed back to her favorite Los Angeles Italian restaurant, Giorgio Baldi, and once again, she turned its entryway into a catwalk.

The Fenty mogul wore another baby bump-baring outfit, this one a teeny front-tie crop top and baggy blue-wash jeans. Over the top, she wore a patchwork denim-and-leopard-print coat. She accessorized with a camo baseball cap from Awake NY, a tie-dyed saddle bag from Dior, and plenty of gold body jewelry. Note the cool styling trick she did with her Tom Ford heels: They’re strapped over her jeans.

Since announcing her pregnancy with baby daddy A$AP Rocky in late January, Rihanna has been dressing around her growing bump.

She and Rocky first confirmed the happy news with a Harlem photo shoot, for which Rihanna wore a vintage hot-pink Chanel puffer that she left unbuttoned, baring her bump. She paired the statement jacket with multicolored body jewelry and baggy light-wash jeans.

In another recent outing, the “Needed Me” singer went monochrome, wearing a black Jean Paul Gaultier cardigan that laced up over her bump, a black Carhartt jacket, and black stirrup leggings.

Rihanna has previously opened up about her desire to be a mother.

“I’m a Black woman. I came from a Black woman, who came from a Black woman, who came from a Black woman and I’m going to give birth to a Black woman,” she said in a 2019 interview with Essence. “It’s a no-brainer. That’s who I am. It’s the core of who I am in spirit and DNA.”
