The feminine urge to wear short skirts in November.
Art Basel Miami Beach is in full swing!
Last night, Saint Laurent creative director Anthony Vaccarello hosted a dinner where he and a host of other darlings celebrated the Rive Droite Ephemeral Gallery project, an exhibition in partnership with New York-based artist Sho Shibuya, where 55 paintings will be on display at Beachfront 17th Street from November 30th to December 5th.
For the occasion, Zoë Kravitz wore a black mini dress featuring a pink, orange, and blue floral print and a slight asymmetrical hem. (Cold weather? In Florida? Can you imagine?). The Batman actress kept her accessories to a minimum, wearing beaded black earrings and black strappy heels.
Other dinner guests included Hailey Bieber, Olivia Rodrigo, Steve Lacy, Amber Valletta, Charlotte Lawrence, and more.
As a global ambassador for Saint Laurent, the star has worn the brand at this year’s Met Gala, where she walked the red carpet in a bedazzled mesh halter top gown (complete with a bedazzled thong underneath), the 2020 BAFTAs, the 2019 Vanity Fair Oscar party, and many other events.
Kravitz began working with the brand back in 2016 when she named Yves Saint Laurent Beauty’s U.S. muse. “Zoe is not afraid to stand up for what she believes — we love her confidence and authenticity,” said Alexandre Choueiri, president of international designer collections at L’Oréal,” obtained by WWD.
Since then she’s collaborated on a lipstick collection consisting of six shades, modeled for the brand in various ad campaigns, and starred in social media activations.
