Meghan Markle and Prince Harry’s lives are undergoing some major changes in 2019, especially with the imminent arrival of the couple’s first baby. While it’s believed that Meghan’s due date is sometime in late April or early May, the couple is also moving into a new home: Frogmore Cottage in Windsor.
While reporting the ongoing renovations at Frogmore, royal correspondent Emily Andrews revealed that Harry and Meghan have already “moved out of their Great Tew farmhouse, with their belongings packed up waiting to go into their new home!”
It was reported back in May 2018 that Harry and Meghan had leased a countryside property on the Great Tew Estate. A source even told People in September 2018 that Meghan particularly enjoyed having a place to retreat to, out of the spotlight. An insider told the publication, Meghan “spends most of her weekends in the Cotswolds with Harry. When she does venture out to Pilates or to get her hair done, she normally goes incognito under a baseball cap.”
However, in January 2019, Rebecca English reported for the Daily Mail that Meghan and Harry were canceling the lease on their Cotswold home, allegedly due to growing security concerns. Today’s news confirms her earlier report that the royals would be moving out of the Great Tew Estate in March 2019.
